The privacy boundary in the dashboard
Disability profile is treated as GDPR Art. 9 / DPDP-sensitive personal data. The dashboard is built so you get the insight you actually need — “60% of visitors picked dyslexia this week” — without us ever processing health data about your users.
No session ID alongside profile
The profile counter is a single Redis INCR per (website, day, profile). No row in our analyticsEvents table, no fingerprint, no visitor ID.
Profile-bound events rejected server-side
A Zod refine rejects any analytics event payload containing profile, message, transcript, or chatHistory fields — defence in depth on top of widget-side scrubbing.
Right to erasure built in
Visitors can wipe every Encludo storage key on their device with one click; dashboard customers can purge analytics data per-website via the API.
