Ask most engines to translate into Hindi and you get the formal literary register — heavily Sanskritised vocabulary that is technically correct and markedly harder to read than the Hindi people actually write online. A reader who came to your site to do something now has to decode it.

Browser speech engines either have no voice for most Indian languages or mispronounce them badly — macOS has no Hindi voice at all unless the reader installs one. So the feature that matters most to a reader with low vision is the feature that fails them.
Encludo uses neural voices for the Indian languages instead. Nothing is spoken until the visitor presses the button, and the audio is generated from the reply text — never from anything they typed.
